On Call
Brand archetype, messaging, branding, packaging, print, consulting, clothing design.
On Call is the harmony of style meeting function, of comfort meeting quality, of medicine meeting fashion. A compromise that in the medical industry has taken far too long to marry. On Call designs scrubs that seamlessly transition form streetwear to work wear. They are the first medical scrub kit to be designed by a doctor who he himself balances the fine line of work and fashion.
After On Call was in development, founder Evan decided that using the same quality, production and style, the business could be pushed outside of just medical scrubs. From that, Post Call was born. These brands had to live together but have some slight separation to differentiate themselves from each other. Our team look into the benefits and disadvantage of becoming a branded house, a house of brands, or a hybrid model. In the end it was determined that On Call would act as a hybrid model similar to that of Coca Cola.
The ruler archetype is often seen in industries such as security, finance, tech, fashion and government. They are evident in industries offering high-end products and services. They are known as the leader in the industry and is the brand people turn to as the gold standard.
A ruler brand gives people a sense of power or luxury. They have a dominant personality and are direct to the point when they go about their messaging. Ruler brands see themself at the top of the food chain and will continue to defend that position. They want to make their customers/consumers feel VIP.
The marketing efforts that surround these types of brands draw on people’s needs to feel important, empowered or safe. The imagery associated with these brands is often classical, noble, and proper and classy.
Messaging will be confident and straight to the point.
