ThermalCraft came to us as a new name in the thermal construction industry. While collectively, they had a team of well-known industry veterans with large complex projects under their belts, their new entity was just in the early stages of building a name . ThermalCraft needed a brand identity that would position them as both experienced leaders and innovative disruptors in a field dominated by corporate, impersonal competitors. The challenge: create a brand that conveyed technical expertise while maintaining an approachable, human connection with clients.
We dove into a competitor audit across the thermal construction landscape and we identified a key area of opportunity to own. Most companies in this space either relied heavily on corporate language, stock imagery, and an impersonal tone that created distance between them and their clients - or were so unprofessional they seemed unreliable, less-capable, and almost too bootstrap that they were turning potential clients away.
We saw ThermalCraft's potential to stand out by bringing a breath of fresh air to the industry—combining deep technical expertise with authentic, straightforward communication and current, contemporary design showing that they were always staying in-the-know with industry trends. We created a memorable brand that stands out in contrast to any of it’s competitors.
